The sign for ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT has three parts. (i) The first part is the sign for RESPONSIBILITY. One hand takes the shape of 5 palm facing downwards and taps the top of the shoulder on the other side twice or more. (ii) Then both hands take the shape for 5 with palms facing downwards first close to each other and then one hand is stationary and the other moves down under it. (iii) Finally, one hand takes the shape for B with palm facing sideways. It is placed in front of the chin and hits the chin twice lightly with the pinkie side of the hand.
